This page explains the rules for using images purchased on the VRQuality website.
The license is non-exclusive, perpetual, and non-transferable.
It is designed to make using photos simple, safe, and transparent.
Below you will find what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how to request extended rights.
1. Type of VRQuality Photo License
The license has no time limits and applies to both personal and professional projects.
It makes image use easier and protects the author’s rights at the same time.
You can use VRQuality photos with confidence and without renewal.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the purchased images for:
- personal and editorial purposes such as websites, blogs, and social media;
- presentations, educational materials, and digital publications;
- cropping, resizing, or adjusting colors;
- adding text overlays or minor design edits.
Attribution like “Photo © VRQuality” is appreciated but not required.
These permissions are given to help you use the content freely.
3. Prohibited Without Written Permission
Without prior written consent from the Administration, you must not:
- resell or transfer photos to third parties;
- upload them to photo stocks or online catalogs;
- use them in logos, brands, or trademarks;
- print more than 2,000 copies;
- use them for AI training, NFT projects, or generative models;
- or create the impression of official endorsement by VRQuality.
These restrictions protect copyright and maintain customer trust.
They also ensure that images are not misused or resold.
4. Extended Rights
If you plan to use photos for advertising, merchandise, or large print runs (over 2,000 copies), please contact valera@vrquality.com.
We will provide details of the extended license and reply quickly to your questions.
With extended rights, you can use the photos more freely and fully, while staying within legal and fair-use boundaries.
5. Technical Terms
All files are provided “as is,” in the format and resolution stated on the product page.
You must not remove copyright marks, watermarks, or metadata if they are present.
These simple conditions help preserve the author’s credit and ensure correct content use.
6. Termination of License
If the license terms are violated, the license will automatically end.
In such cases, you must delete all copies of the files you received.
For more details on data handling, please read our Privacy Policy.
These measures keep cooperation fair and transparent between the author and the customer.
7. Reference on Terminology
To better understand image licensing, you can read the article “Royalty-free” on Wikipedia.
It explains common licensing models and helps you see the difference between them.
