At VRQuality, we sell only original digital photos and creative projects.
This page explains our rules for refunds and re-delivery of digital files.

This policy applies to digital products (photos) purchased on vrquality.com.
It explains when refunds or re-download links can be issued.

2. Digital Products – Refunds

Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Digital goods are considered delivered at the moment of download.
This rule helps protect both authors and customers.

3. When We Can Help

We can provide a new link, replacement file, or refund if:

  • the file is damaged or does not open;
  • the download link fails to work;
  • a duplicate purchase occurred by mistake.

Please report any issue within 14 days of purchase to valera@vrquality.com.
Include your order number, email address, and a short description of the problem.

4. Payments and Processing Time

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (such as PayPal or Stripe).
We do not store credit card or payment details.
Requests are reviewed within five business days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before submitting a chargeback request.
In most cases, issues are resolved quickly through a replacement file or a new download link.
We aim to make every resolution simple and fair.
